Overall I would give myself a 10 for the first column, a 9 for the second column, a 6 for the third column, and a 12 for the fourth column. My ten pages are all about some of the photographers that I researched. The general theme of these photos are how light interacts with nature, usually with an emphasis on the sky. I did look into both underwater and mountain photography, but for the most part, it was about the night sky correlating with the land. The photos chosen are excellent, and are for the most part described well. There is quite a bit of analysis done on each photo, however there is not much culture taken into account. I don’t really speak about these photos in regards to any specific time period or culture; rather I just talk about their beauty. I speak of angling the shots to make the land and sky mold with one another, however I failed to mention the long exposures required to take most of these photos. One of the strongest factors that I spoke about was the time of day be it sunrise or sunset. Those were generally times of the day that I preferred to mention over the latter. The images shown do not contain any artifacts; they are all depicting nature in some way. Unless of course an artifact could be an old pickup truck, in which case I did mention them to a degree. Compared to what I plan to do for future pages, these are quite pathetic. Photo paper although more tedious and costly to use, could have improved the aesthetics of the pages. Better handwriting and organization would have also benefited these pages greatly. These pages were rushed, but for the most part they did get the point across.
